RECREATIONAL SKIPPERS TICKET

The Government of Western Australia, through the Department for Planning and Infrastructure requires anyone who operates a power craft greater than 6hp (4.5Kw) to have a Recreational Skippers Ticket (RST). The RST is a qualification based on a set of marine safety competencies that a skipper will be required to demonstrate to an authorized assessor.

Brad Beaumont is a certified master class V holder and is an assessor qualified to deliver the Recreational Skippers Ticket under Registered Training Organisation Challenger TAFE, Fremantle WA.

The course, both theory and practical, is delivered locally in Dampier using surveyed boats from Dampier Trailer Boat Hire. Assessment is all inclusive of theory, practical and issue of certification.
